Korbee

Terms of service

Last updated 11 August 2026

This is a working draft. It describes how Korbee actually behaves today, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and the operator's registered details are still to be filled in. Have it checked before you rely on it.

1. Who you are contracting with

Korbee is operated by [legal entity, registered address and company number] (“Korbee”, “we”, “us”). Writing to hello@korbee.app reaches us. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

2. What Korbee is

Korbee is a hosted service for touring artists, DJs and the people who work with them. It holds shows, advancing, contacts, contracts, invoices, files, release plans, a calendar and team rooms, and it runs an assistant that reads that data and tells you what needs attention.

It is a tool for organising your own work. It is not a booking agency, not an accountant, not a lawyer and not a payment processor for your fees.

3. Your account

You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it, including anything done by people you invite. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and you must not use Korbee on behalf of someone who has told you not to.

4. Plans and payment

Prices are in euro and exclude VAT, which is added where the law requires it. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card number. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel.

We can change prices, but not in the middle of a period you have already paid for. You will hear about a change before the renewal it applies to, and you can cancel instead of accepting it.

5. Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your billing settings. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the account drops to Free. Nothing is deleted when that happens: your careers, files and papers stay, and the Free limits apply from that point on. If you are over a Free limit, you can still read and export everything, but you may not be able to add more until you are back under it or subscribe again.

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, that right applies and is not affected by anything here.

6. What you put into Korbee

Your content stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your files, show them back to you and to the people you share them with, back them up, and generate the previews, PDFs and links you ask for.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including other people's personal data such as promoter contacts, passports and crew details, and that you have a lawful basis for doing so.

7. What you may not do

If you do any of this we may suspend the account. Where it is reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

8. The assistant

Korbee's assistant produces text from your data using a third-party language model. It can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong. Read what it says as a prompt to go and look, not as advice. Do not rely on it for legal, tax, accounting or immigration decisions.

The assistant keeps a small memory of things you tell it to remember. You can read that memory and delete any of it in your settings.

9. Documents, invoices and e-invoicing

Korbee helps you draft contracts, send them for signature and issue invoices, and it can transmit invoices to national e-invoicing systems where we support them. The content of those documents, their accuracy, and compliance with the tax and contract law that applies to you remain yours. We provide the pipe, not the judgement.

An electronic signature collected through Korbee is evidence of agreement; it is for you to decide whether it satisfies the formalities your contract needs.

10. Services we rely on

Korbee runs on infrastructure and services operated by others, including hosting, object storage, payments, transactional email, a language-model provider and, where you connect them, social and e-invoicing platforms. Their availability affects ours. The privacy policy lists who they are and what they receive.

11. Availability

We work to keep Korbee up and we take backups, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable or never lose data. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Maintenance may take the service down; we avoid doing that at short notice where we can.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are untouched.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost bookings, lost data or indirect loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

13. Ending it

You can close your account whenever you want. We can end this agreement with reasonable notice, or immediately if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When the agreement ends you can export your data for thirty days, after which we may delete it.

14. Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect and you can stop using Korbee instead of accepting it. The date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of establishment, and disputes go to its courts, without taking away any protection you have as a consumer in the country where you live.
